I work to tolerances of 100th of a milimetre as each ring size differs by only 0.25mm. I have to use the Pi formula to correctly measure and cut out the metal for your ring.
I made my first ring out of copper in order to learn and practise the skills needed, including using four different melting-temperature solders. I then progressed to brass before finally making silver rings.
After perfecting making silver rings I now make rings from other materials, including tungsten carbide, cobalt chrome, titanium and ceramic. Tungsten carbide is an incredibly hard-wearing metal, very resistant to scratching and hypoallergenic. I tend to make most of my rings from this material, but of course the option is yours. I can make your ring in one of three different widths – 4mm, 6mm and 8mm.
I have over 40 different background colours that you can choose from; these can be mixed and matched or used singularly. In addition to this, if you want something really special I have 8 different-coloured glow options which ‘charge’ in UV light and will glow in the dark.
If you require a birthstone ring you have the option of raw or cut stones. Also, birth stones can be put into any ring.
You also have the option of either an edged ring or a boundless ring.
Each ring is totally unique and bespoke for the ring wearer.
A ring for life
Your ring can be added to at a later date with anything you require and can then be re-sanded and polished.
